An unstoppable partnership
Bleckmann’s presence in both the UK and Europe made it the ideal logistics partner to support the brand’s strategic ambitions. CLOUD NINE® currently occupies 400 square metres of warehouse space at Bleckmann’s warehouse in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. In the UK, it operates from Bleckmann’s fulfilment centre in Swindon, UK. To support the company’s rapid expansion, Bleckmann now manages all European fulfilment and transportation operations for CLOUD NINE®, as well as all UK business-to-business (B2B) fulfilment.

Value-added services
Moving to Bleckmann’s active picking environment has given CLOUD NINE® greater operational flexibility. For example, our agile picking and packing system makes it easier to add or replace free gifts, helping to deliver a more personalised customer experience. In addition, our advanced warehouse management system allows us to track product serial numbers across inbound and outbound shipments. This provides a highly detailed level of oversight, reducing the potential for errors and enabling a smoother returns process.
