Who is Wolk Antwerp?

Co-founders Ellen Cattebeke and Joris Smeunix, drew on their backgrounds in outdoor design when creating the brand – helping to ensure that each garment is as functional as it is stylish. This unique approach has enabled Wolk Antwerp to attract a steadily growing customer base in Europe and the U.S. since its launch in 2018. And with sales rising rapidly, the brand was looking to take the next step.

Bleckmann’s approach

With Bscale, Wolk Antwerp now has access to dedicated warehouse space at our fulfilment centre in Grobbendonk, Belgium with the capacity to scale up its footprint as required. Wolk is also integrated into our global network of carrier partners, ensuring the brand always has access to the ideal transportation solution for each market it ships to. This set-up has already enabled the brand to slash fulfilment lead times by up to 60%.

Throughout the onboarding process and once the solution was up and running, Bleckmann worked closely with Wolk to tailor the Bscale offering to the needs of the brand. For example, Ellen and Joris had access to a full range of value-added services – from silk paper wrap to Boxprint labels – enabling the team to deliver a consistent customer experience as they scaled up their logistics. And with a dedicated analytics dashboard and regular face-to-face check-ins, it’s simple for the team to monitor and optimise operations.
