Conditions of service Bleckmann Nederland
The Logistics Services Conditions (LSC 2014, Dutch “LSV 2014”), as filed on 2nd April 2014, apply to all activities (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us) of and legal relationships with Bleckmann Nederland, with the exception mentioned below. In article 1 paragraph 11 LSC 2014 “the Client” is replaced by “the carrier” and the last sentence of article 6 paragraph 5 LSC 2014 is deleted.
With regard to transportation of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as transport manager (freight forwarder) only. To these services, as well as to customs and tax services, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of Fenex, filed on 1st May 2018, apply, with the exception of articles 17 and 23, which are replaced by the articles 13 and 14 (in which the words “to which these Conditions apply” are deleted) of the LSC 2014. The applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected.

Conditions of service Bleckmann België
The General Logistic Conditions (GLC, in Dutch ‘ALV’), as filed on 9th October 2015, apply to all activities (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us) of and legal relationships with Bleckmann België, with the exception mentioned below. Article 2.4 GLC is deleted.
With regard to transportation of goods we do not contract as carrier or ‘principal’ (in Dutch ‘commissionair vervoerder’), but as transport manager (freight forwarding agent, in Dutch ‘commissionair-expediteur’) only. To these services, as well as to customs and tax services, the Belgian Forwaring Conditions apply, as published in the Supplements to the Belgian Official Gazette of June 24, 2005 under number 0090237. The applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected.

Conditions of service Bleckmann UK
The Contract Conditions for Logistics 2019 apply to all activities (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us) of and legal relationships with Bleckmann UK, with the exception mentioned below.
With regard to transportation of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as transport manager (freight forwarder) only. To these services, as well as to customs and tax services, the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions 2021 (England) apply. The applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected.

Conditions of service Bleckmann USA
The IWLA Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Warehouses apply to all activities (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us) of and legal relationships with Bleckmann USA LLC.
With regard to transportation of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as transport manager (freight forwarder) only.
